ハル トゥル ホテル - パムッカレ

パムッカレの石灰棚の目の前にあります。　部屋のテラスから石灰棚が見られるホテルはこの地域ではこのホテルだけかもしれません。　少なくてもBooked.netから予約できるのはこのホテルだけだと思います。　デニズリからのミニバスが止まるパムッカレの中心（小さなところです。）から歩いて１~２分です。　石灰棚の南ゲートまで３~４分です。　Booked.netの地図ではちょっとわかりずらいですが。　　　　（バスを降りると日本語を話す胡散臭い輩が声をかけてきますが、あまりかかわらない方がいいと思います。 ただホテルへの道を尋ねるのには使えるかもしれません。）　　　　　オーナーもとても良い人です。　５０歳以上に見えますが、まだ３８だそうです。　　プールサイドでディナーも楽しめます。　　　石灰棚が見える部屋と指定してください。

バスルームがちょっと狭いことぐらいです。

ホテルの庭から石灰棚が見える絶景のホテル。その庭で朝食やディナーが食べれます。1人で宿泊しましたが、ホテルの方も程よい距離感で気を遣って頂き、快適に過ごせました。チェックインの際も、パムッカレの巡り方を説明丁寧に説明してくれたり、石灰棚の入り口まで送迎して頂いたり、親切でフレンドリーです。とても、あたたかい気持ちになりました。

ホテルスタッフがフレンドリーで英語が下手でも伝わった。

ジャグジーがある４人部屋に２人で泊まりました。 屋上に１部屋だけしかないので部屋と同じぐらいのベランダが ありそこからはパムッカレが一望できました。 とても景色がすばらしく解放的でした。夜はホテルのプールサイド で食事をとりました。この村の中では一番良いホテルと思います。

窓を開けておくと昼間は道路の車の音が少しうるさいかも知れません。 朝食が少し質素な感じです。コーヒーがネスカフェのインスタントであったのがびっくりしました。

ツインのテラス付きの部屋をシングルユースで予約しました。テラスが中庭側だったので石灰棚側をお願いしたところ、ツインは満室で、トリプルなら- 値段が上がるが空いているとのことでした。予算がないので仕方なく諦めましたが、観光から戻るとツインの部屋がキャンセルされたからと石灰棚側に- 替えて下さいました。

バスタブにカーテンが無いのでシャワーの水が飛び散る点は良くない。

夜行バスでの早朝の到着にも関わらず、チェックインさせて頂いた。パムッカレ観光の方は我々と同じくカッパドキアから夜行バスを利用して7時くらいにパムッカレに到着するパターンが多いとのことで、非常にありがたい心配りだった。 また翌朝も6時30分にチェックアウトと慌ただしい旅程だったが、その旨を伝えると前日夜にサンドウィッチとジュースを用意して部屋に届けて頂いた。心が温まるアットホームなホテルだった。

道路一本挟んでパムッカレの石灰棚を見上げる絶好の立地。しかし宿泊した部屋は反対サイドで民家のバルコニーしか見えなかった(笑)。宿泊の際は石灰棚サイド希望の旨を伝えるといいかもしれない。ただ前述の如く、それを補って余りあるサービスを頂き、非常に満足できるホテルだった。

ロケーションが一番の理由だと思いますが、パムッカレ村にあるホテルの中で比較すると、価格的にやや高めの設定になると思います。

The location of the hotel. It is very close to the Hierapolis Ancient City & Pamukkale travertine terraces so we didn't have to walk too far.

Excellent location and travertine mountain view, very friendly and hospitable bosses who speak excellent English and German. Delicious food and helpful staff, the hotelowner brothers also run a reliable family traditional carpets business. I will stay with this hotel again if I go to pamukkale the next time.

beds weren't the most comfortable.

We made a very pleasant stay at Hal-Tur Hotel. It has a great location across from the travertine terraces of Hierapolis. The owner was fantastic and gave us a ride to the far end of Hierapolis (4km away) so we could walk from one end to the other at the site and make our way back down the travertine terraces and to the hotel without having to double back or finding and paying for parking at the site. The hotel’s restaurant was also delicious and the room was great. We stayed in the Quadruple room which was very comfortable and looked out on the travertine terraces. Fantastic place to stay!

We were greeted warmly, and offered the choice of a room with a view of the travertines or one on a quieter inside courtyard. We picked the former, and woke to a majestic view of the white cliffs. (The person who complained about not being able to look down into the travertine pools seems not to understand that there are no hotels that can!) Interesting breakfast - I've never had toast made for me before! (The staff were bending over backwards to be helpful every time we encountered them.) The other upside is the location - just 100m or so from the start of the walk up the travertines (you have to remove your shoes, but it's much more fun than driving around to the top.) The staff offered to drive us up there in our car, and drive it back down for us so we only need go one way. They offered us a chance to have a shower after we came back from visiting Heliopolis - even after we had checked out.

Although the breakfast was generous, and return trips to the buffet were possible, the coffee was instant (Nescafe?). We never did work out how to program the in-room safe, but we were given a key that opened it instead. The pool was being cleaned - but this was off season, so was expected. These are nits: basically, the place was great.

Location - right below the travertines, with an easy walk to the top, and a great view at night from the balconies; rooms - comfortable and clean; restaurant - excellent food and a nice selection of local wines. They were just opening for the season, so staff was minimal, but those there were friendly and helpful. One of the nicer small hotels I've stayed at recently. Attached is a small carpet shop for guests only, with good prices - owner is very knowledgeable, and there's no hard sell.

From the moment we arrived after a day exploring Hieropolis and the amazing travertines, the manager and staff at Hal-Tur made us feel very welcome. They were courteous, friendly, eager to help and also have an incredible selection of Turkish carpets in a showroom at the hotel. However, unlike the carpet sellers in Istanbul, the Hal-Tur owner proudly showed his carpet collection without pressuring us to purchase one, which we appreciated. The location of the hotel really is directly opposite the gleaming white travertines, incredible to wake up to. The food was good, our room was great, and I'd recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pamukkale.
